Catering Menu

Catering Orders are served buffet style in individual (a la carte) party trays and include plates, napkins, condiments (upon request) and serving utensils and each feed up to 10 people. No charge for pick up orders. Delivery fee is $10 and includes set up. Disposable racks and sternos may be purchased for $15 a set (includes 2 racks and 4 sternos).

Entrees:

Sesame Chicken – Breaded fried chicken breast nuggets with sesame sauce. Sauce contains chili flake. May be considered mildly spicy. $35

Sweet and Sour Chicken – Breaded fried chicken breast nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and pineapple chunks. $35

Orange Chicken – Breaded fried chicken breast nuggets with tangy orange sauce on top. $35

 

 

Teriyaki Chicken/Spicy Teriyaki Chicken – Boneless/Skinless leg meat chicken with a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce. Spicy sauce is a medium spice level.  $50

*Substitute grilled chicken breast for $10 more

BBQ Chicken – Boneless/Skinless leg meat chicken with a sweet hoisin BBQ sauce.  $50

Curry Chicken – Boneless/Skinless leg meat chicken with a mild golden curry sauce containing sautéed yellow onions and carrots.  $50

BBQ Pork – Char siu style sliced pork butt, slow roasted with caramelized sweet hoisin BBQ sauce.  $60

Beef – Japan’s #1 selling Gyudon beef. Short plate beef (underbelly of the cow), thinly sliced and marinated in teriyaki sauce with yellow onions.  $70

Panko Shrimp – Butterflied shrimp battered in panko crumbs and deep fried (4 each per person). Includes choice of any sauce: teriyaki, spicy teriyaki, orange, sweet & sour, sesame, curry, sriracha, soy sauce, hot mustard.  $85

Teriyaki Salmon -Grilled Alaskan salmon filet topped with our signature teriyaki sauce and scallions.  $65

Chicken, Pork or Beef Fried Rice – long grain white rice with peas, carrots, scrambled eggs, and green onion on top.  $60

Chicken, Pork, or Beef Yakisoba – stir fried soft yakisoba noodles with mixed vegetable medley.  $65

Beef and Broccoli – broccoli florets with marinated beef sirloin, stir fried in a soy based sauce.  $50
